Welcome to WOWW. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WOWW's services. By submitting your information or using WOWW, you agree to these Terms.
1. What WOWW Does
WOWW helps users come together to negotiate better financial terms collectively. WOWW is not a lender, bank, credit union, debt adjuster, debt settlement company, loan broker, or financial advisor. WOWW does not provide loans, issue credit, or make credit decisions. WOWW identifies and presents potential opportunities for improved terms. Users decide whether to accept any offer.
2. Eligibility
You must be: - At least 18 years old - A resident of the United States By using WOWW, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Information You Provide
You may provide: - Email address - Phone number - Self-reported FICO score - Estimated debt amount (self-reported) You are responsible for the accuracy of this information.
4. How the Service Works
WOWW groups users with similar financial profiles and works to negotiate improved terms with providers. WOWW may present a specific option or offer. You are under no obligation to accept it. Any agreement you enter into is between you and the provider.
5. Fees
WOWW may charge: - A one-time fee, or - A subscription fee, or - A percentage of savings generated Fees will always be clearly presented before you agree to them.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Results may vary. WOWW does not guarantee that: - Better terms will be obtained - Savings will be achieved - Any offer will be available
7. Communications
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive communications from WOWW via SMS, including service updates and opportunities. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time.
8. Referral Program
WOWW may offer referral rewards. Rewards are paid only if: - Referred users successfully join, and - They generate actual realized savings through WOWW WOWW may withhold rewards in cases of: - Fraud - Duplicate accounts - Self-referrals - Abuse of the program
9. Limitation of Liability
WOWW provides its services "as is." WOWW is not responsible for: - Decisions made by users - Outcomes of unlocks - Actions of third-party providers To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOWW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to the Service
WOWW may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
